Antes de ser un proyecto de TV, \u00abSuperconejo\u00bb (\u00a1Caca de vaca!) era el t\u00edtulo del emblem\u00e1tico primer libro de Stephanie Blake (autora e ilustradora), publicado en 2002 por la editorial francesa \u00c9cole des loisirs. La estrella del libro era un irresistible y gracioso conejo llamado Sim\u00f3n, f\u00e1cilmente reconocible por la gran separaci\u00f3n entre sus dos paletas. Sim\u00f3n se convirti\u00f3 en el personaje principal de una larga saga de cuentos.<\/p>\n

Actualmente, solo en Francia, las ventas rondan los 2 000 000, una quinta parte de las cuales provienen de centros educativos. Esas 400 000 ventas explican el porqu\u00e9 de que Stephanie Blake se haya convertido en un nombre tan familiar entre los ni\u00f1os: Sim\u00f3n es m\u00e1s que un simple \u00e9xito comercial. Ha alcanzado la categor\u00eda de cl\u00e1sico de la literatura infantil. Probablemente, debido al hecho de que la creadora de Sim\u00f3n abraza por igual la cultura angloparlante y la franc\u00f3fona, las aventuras del conejo tambi\u00e9n gozan de un \u00e9xito ascendente en otros pa\u00edses del mundo, como Estados Unidos, China, Corea, Jap\u00f3n, Espa\u00f1a, Italia, Noruega, Suecia y Nueva Zelanda.<\/p>\n

Ha participado en la creaci\u00f3n de biblias para guionistas y de varias series (como Grosha & Mr. B, Smarty Pants, Sim\u00f3n Superconejo y Mille Bornes Challenge).
